The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Delta 9 Bio-Tech Inc., is a licensed producer of medical and recreational cannabis products and operates a 95,000-square-foot Health Canada licensed production facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It also owns and operates a chain of retail stores under the Delta 9 Cannabis Store brand. It is focused on producing and selling cannabis oils, extracts, and derivative products.

The average daily volume is approximately 85k, so 27k is significant. I realize that they won't purchase 27k everyday, but over time, it could definitely move the needle significantly. At some point, the entity or entities trying to keep the price down will not have the wherewithal to do so, and then we'll see what happens. If the Democrats win the election on November 3, which will be a boost for all pot stocks, the built up steam might blow away the manipulators (regardless of whether the buybacks start before the election).
