Speaking of Charts

Speaking of ChartsThe trading session lasts 6 1/2 hours every day. Xebec traded 313,000 shares today. It had traded 210,000 shares in the first 5 1/5 hours and was up 14 cents at 2:37pm.
The stock traded 103,000 shares in the last 87 minutes and was up a further 16 cents to close at the high. 103,000 shares iin 87 minutes would be equivalent to 483,000 shares over the course of an entire session. This is not an inane comment because it happened on a Friday afternoon, when things are typically slower. In a down market.
We ended the week just like we started it. Remember the spike higher Monday morning? A 16 cent higher gap open and then up 22 cents to the day high $5.44 in the first 15 minutes of trading,on 151,000 shares.
I mentioned after that move that it must have happened for a reason. Someone wanted stock in a hurry, and were willing to pay up for it.
Nevertheless, on Monday it backed off and filled the gap on the chart.
It's kind of coincidental that the high on Monday at $5.44 was also the high of the week, and also the close today don't you think?.
Technically, this stock couldn't possibly have performed better.
