Is This Company Still In Business?

Is This Company Still In Business?This STILL hasn't traded since July. I can't get through by phone to the company, which told me minths ago, we'd be trading a long time ago.

In addition, there's been a total news blackout, other than to mention a recent proposed acquisition. What is going on? WHY ARE WE STILL NOT TRADING?  Does anyone know what is going on?
