Canfor Corporation is engaged in the manufacturing of high-value low-carbon forest products, including dimension and specialty lumber, engineered wood products, pulp and paper, wood pellets, and green energy. RE:Q3 Earningsmy guess is the CFP team has decided to pay down debt rather than repurchase shares at this time.  I'm not sure what the rates on their outstanding debt obligations are like but I guess they feel this is the prudent thing to do.
