U know the last NR was fluff right...they already announced a third party on september 15th but continued to tell us that they are completing feasibility...now the phases are all out of wack FROM THE FIRST DD phases...they entered phase 2 and then announced the development agreement.

ROB FIA has lost track of what is going on and they are always reshaping their agenda which masks what is happening...WE ARE STILL IN PHASE 1 and that is why the price didnt move...they are all smoke and mirrors just fooling us.
