RE:RE:RE:RE:Speculators getting ready to bid for PLU's 9 concessionsOne possibility is that Ingemmet/Susana Vilca are advertising the importance of lithium in order to take attention away from the fact they are rushing through the auction.

So when PLU win and people complain that it wasn't a proper auction they can reply "Yes it was, we spent $XXX on advertising!"
