IF Husky bought Cenovus and company kept Husky Nameand common shares and Cenovus shares were converted to Husky shares, I guess that would satisfy the terms of the Preferreds...
I know it's stupid, one half of a dozen of another..... but Terms are Terms.
So tired of the BS that people use as excuses to manipulate.
