RE:Preferred's should be valued at $25.00 What crakerjack online school did you go too!??   No, the preferreds likely do nothing and sholud they pop becuase of this news, then you have yoru selling opportunity!!   Two weaklings do not make a strong company overnight.   Common shares, if they were to go to zero, would take the preferred shares when them....so, go back to school.....
