RE:RE:Preferred's should be valued at $25.00 A disciplined improvement to the balance sheet, a return to investment grade status and a debt to ebitda getting towards 2.0 will really improve the outlook for the preferred.

Alex Pourbaix has a better track record than his peer at HSE.

Preferred series A have traded fairly recently below 5 dollars!

Double digit yields will not last with an improving outlook.  They won't see 25 bucks anytime soon but there should be some upside.
