Its key downstream asset is the Prince George Refinery (PGR), the sole light oil refinery within the interior British Columbia market.

RE:RE:Coastal GasLink Construction Update

With today's announcement of the merger between Cenovus and Husky it seems to me that Husky may have needed the cash from thw refinery sale. Looks like the proceeds of the refinery sale combined with the lack of other dispositions weren't enough to keep Husky going as an independent entity.
