RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Speculators getting ready to bid for PLU's 9 concessionsIt seems to me they need to create a system of fines for this sort of thing. To cause this amount of chaos and legal expense over such a relatively trivial thing is madness.

So you don't think that someone wanted to grab the concessions for themselves, and used the late documentation to try to set in motion events that could allow them to profit? That's probably my biggest fear as a shareholder: someone with power is working behind the scenes to transfer the properties to their friends/business associates.
