MM-402, also referred to as R(-)-MDMA, is the Company's form of the R-enantiomer of 3,4-methylenedioxymethampheta (MDMA), which the Company is developing for the treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

RE:$2 stock price soon please.

They won't need to RS, they can just wait for the SP to get there naturally. There is no urgency right now for a RS, Nasdaq application and the requirements inherited from the application, aren't married together from a time perspective. I believe they have until sometime next year to achieve the minimum bid/ask, perhaps even later.
