Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Mexico about to leagalize

RE:Mexico about to leagalizeI normally would not provide the dignity of a response; however, the hypocrisy of your posts is incredible.  You malign "pumpers" telling untruths...then throw out something like Mexico flooding Canada or the USA with cheap Cannabis.  There is no way any of these countries is going to allow the importation of weed.  This is why I am not overly excited about the USA opening up.  The only real positive about the USA making it federally legal is the impact it will have on some being more comfortable investing in this sector.  Fact is, rightly or wrongly, APHA is listed on the NASDAQ (you can easily fact check that one).  Right now it gets played on the short term (just look at the short statistics...oh, that is another fact).  When SAFE and MORE happen it will make this sector less ripe for manipulation.  That is what those in the know are really looking forward to.  As we are finding out with Germany, exportation of cannabis products is not an easy process.  Fact (go ahead, check my statements, they are fact), Aphria needs to get an export license for every shipment overseas.  The upside of this is at least it is beginning to happen and Aphria is making the right inroads (albeit on very small shipments).  My point in replying is not all of us here are blindly pumping.  But your quote below is just complete garbage, and as such you commit the same crime on the other side of the trade.
