Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Don't know or care. But thanks to them for the cheap shares right before sage ranch announcement. You keyboard warriors that are down a couple dollars on your little get rich quick scheme need to pipe down. If you really thought investing was so god damn easy than you really are as dumb as you sound.
