Just to be clear. Werden exercised his 65 cent stock options and sold them to Macdonald at the exercise price of 65 cents. I know this because Macdonald didn't have any of the 65 stock options because they were issued before he became involved with C21. All in the filings. Net net this amounts to director or insider buying.
