Now that you point this out..... YA, I agree, Husky common shares should be worth more if based on this metric as it should.

Anyways, I'm in the Preferreds, I have my own beef.

I like the idea of combining the companies but my Husky shares are worth more than .76 of a cenovus share. Based on book value alone my Husky shares should be worth 1.2 Cenovus shares then add a 20 % premium for all the synergies Cenovus claims the new company will benefit from. So give me 1.45 Cenovus shares for each of my Husky shares and I’ll be happy.
