RE:Due DiligenceBill 161 is retroactive to March - so good luck filing a class action against a nursing home.  The judiicary isn't stupid.  Nursing homes were victims and most of the complainants probably didn't visit their loved ones in any case.  It's the lazy ones seeking what they think are huge payouts.  Good luck.
