Calgary, for years, was highlighting numerous red flags and nobody listened! What that tells me is that you know nothing about managing a company of this nature, yet you would feel comfortable throwing $40k at it with what, existing management?You know the saying, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice...". And speaking of fools... I note that you always say "you", meaning everybody but yourself! You do nothing aside from type on your keyboard here, propose all these fanciful (nonsensical!) ideas that others (i.e. NOT YOU) must run with! 

Tcheck... why not retire from this forum... IT'S OVER MAN!!!
