RE:RE:RE:RE:Cityfiber is Starting to give out the Contracts ! Hey @wallpaper2, did you really feel it was all doom and gloom at the AGM?
I didn't get that feeling at all from the meeting. And I was the one who asked about those customer complaints reported in the news lol. I felt pretty bullish after the call.
I took notes and my big take always were:
1) Revenue increases to $11M next quarter and $15M the quarter after that
2) Unannounced 110K home contract which should more than double work backlog
3) Expansion to US in Q1 2021
4) Canadian acquistion by end of Sept 2020 (hasn't happened yet)
4) Expansion of Cambridge contract
5) Cashflow positive in Q1 2021
6) 30 more city contracts go up for bid in Fall 2020
7) Hiring HR person to reduce agency costs (LTE spent $550K on recruitment which they are hoping to reduce as a result)
I think we were all hoping for some good news by now but I don't see that much has changed in regard to the above since the AGM on Sept 16th. The appointment of Bechtel to support CityFibres rollout on Sept 21st is definitely noteworthy though. I think this has caused further delay in contract announcements as they need time to get up to speed.
Overall, I have faith that Carlos will deliver and look forward to some good news soon. GLTA!
