RE:RE:SpoofingShadow,  if your hypothetical analyst  was privy to the  Q3  production  numbers  and if they were  weak / abysmal ,  then  shorting and downgrading the stock  might be a profitable  trade.    Would that be illegal???   Possibly  but if youve only been  in  this game  4 years ,  theres  lots  you havent yet   seen  / experienced
