secondly, VCAN executive were extremely discreet and did not properly inform shareholders of all information.

Finally, and perhaps the most important, did anyone read VIBE's press release? They list a dispensary licence, a leased building and working capital as what they got. Where did all the other assets go that management talked about for two years!?! The company is delisting on Friday so basically there is nothing left. I don't get it.
