To really ramp up production, they need Health Canada approval of the new space in Kelowna. My own guess is that should be received, at the latest, before the end of November. If no announcement comes by the end of November, then I'd guess that they failed the inspection and have to remediate some sort of issue that was discovered during the inspection, so there will be a delay (which would suck).
