In far back Past Post, I've stated that one of the Reasonswhy I picked Husky Preferreds over others was exactly for this reason... Husky Preferreds didn't allow them to be converted into commons or made into another company shares. ......
or so I thought.......
Another reason was that Husky had a Majority Shareholder.
