RE:RE:RE:Show me the moneyI agree, although I am not exactly sure where you get the $0.42 price ... explain ?
From my perspective, this deal has benefited Eastmain shareholders so far, even at the price the stock has traded down to:
- values Fury (right now at $200m), of which Eastmain shareholders owns about 30% or $60m ... what was Eastmain trading at in terms of total market cap prior to transaction ? A quick calculation shows about 270m shares o/s (based on filings) trading at around $0.175 on date of announcement on July 29-- so say $47m ish ? (I think I have my math approx right ?)
(I would also note that the stock at 17.5c was up from the 10c range it had mostly traded in prior to that)
- so for Eastmain shareholders, I think they are still way better off at present ... as they own about $60m of value, vs. $47m, and are much more liquid ? (so an uptick of about 13/47 or about 30% ish)
Is the above not correct ?
