to further confirm my guess, at the ATS markets there is now abnormally high order volume at 1.5 cents (>6M shares) almost all by Canaccord. It is an arbitrage  game but not fair.

Unfortunately somehow Canaccord is the sole player at ATS and major banks send the sweet deals there for Cannacord. Over the last two months retail investors have been routed to the CSE only if not willing to pay high or sell low. In a better word: no routing unless ready to loose.

Any way, that 's it unless IIROC willing to investigate it or the board stop playing dumb.

As a retail investor, the best approach is to do not play in their game. If you do not sell your shares Canaccord can not continue arbitrage endlessly.

Selling at 2 cents...or 1.5 cents soon, is not an option. I'd rather go down with the ship than sell at that price. Hopefully, one day this play will rebound.
