Just what might be the fair value then?

I am guessing TXP is at a 60%~70% discount to assets and that could be doubled with upside if Cascadura Deep in particular comes through.

Does this mean the area then could be double decked?

Oh and that mad "Fair value number" might be $11 according to my calculations.

Who knows in the end what number might make sense but whatever it is the answer is definitely not $1.70.
