RE:Exercise your rights and vote

I am disappointed with Irwin Simon performance as company CEO over the last two years and I withheld my support for him. I wish he devoted more time and energy to increase Aphria shareholders’ value. If he puts more efforts and energy that will result in increase in share value, I will support him next time. Shareholders deserve better from IS for the comensation he receives. Nothing against IS personally.
I also think that current board of directors failed shareholders by not exercising their power to compel IS to do better for shareholders and at the same time increasing compensation for him while shares went down and were diluted. Not every BOD member got my support.
I am a long Aphria shareholder and would like a positive return within reasonable period of time. Aphria is a good company built mostly by previous management and with good opportunity going forward. I do not know if rumors of any pending deal are true and I doubt anyone on this board knows.
I encourage Aphria’s shareholders to exercise their right to vote, as part owners of this corporation. If you like management performance, provide them with your support. If not, withhold your vote. I hope this will provide management with feedback and improve company performance for the benefit of all.

Thanks Don, I always found it it quite interesting that Jodi Butts (on the board) is the wife of Gerald Butts. PM Trudeau's best friend and former principal secretary.
We want to keep her around! ;) ;)
