I'd like to find info on the Drosrite Intertional ownership. Is it 100% private and owned by Pyrogenesis? It does not look like it from the little I can read.

When you look at Drosrite International website, it is made to look like a 100% USA company and I can't find any clear mention of Pyrogenesis anywhere.

One more thing..the company CEO is Alex Pascali. What's his family link with Peter?
