It wouldn't surprise me if they are working on another rollback. If not that and probably more likely, it is my opinion that Thoughtful Brands (TBI) , formerly MOTA Ventures, will do some sort of deal to take over or amalgamate in some way with COOL.. TBI is all the same management and connected Directors that are in COOL..

Just look what TBI has done with their share price and dilution since a year ago...70 cents down to .075. 8 million shares are now sitting at close to 300 million.. Multiple deals all structured like Cools was.. Same guys at the Rainy Daze Deal..
