So what you are saying is this: "I (and others) bought shares at a much higher price and since the price is now much lower it means that this is a pump and dump".

Is that what you are saying? Or are you saying that management orchestrated this whole thing? They drove the stock up (how?) and then cashed in. Or are you saying that the financiers (people involved in the financing at $1.10) cashed in by unloading at the peak? Who are you blaming - can you spell it out. Thanks.
