the press realse didnt sound bad...  solid hedge it seems.. enoughto weather the storm into next year...

sediment is not an oils friend now... prob more pressure on oil in the short term...

 

if there is a buy out... doesnt sound like this is on the ropes like painted pony.. so not likely a distressed sale if there is an offer...

big guys would have to show a lots of accretion value, on such... or there shareholder will take them out to the back barn...
