Proof (he is incoherent, mumbles, forgets instantly, cannot deal with specifics. Biden uses enhancement drugs for focus in debates. Proof(He is slightly coherent and his eyelids are pinned to he forhead; likely from a bit of adderall in his system or other stimulant). I can go on and on and on and on. I would never let Biden manage my finances never mind manage the Global Economy. By the way him and Hunter better have their bags packed.
