RE:RE:RE:RE:Is This Company Still In Business?You may very well be right. Dilution is all they know, and acquisition/dilution does not require  investor sentiment or approval. Penny stocks are not an investment. They are a scam!

The ONLY people who primarily profit from penny stocks in my opinion, are the CEOs and BOD managers. Investors like us get screwed.
