Rusty, just a suggestion, don't take it too negative. When you make a statement, such as you did, it appears that you are pointing it at a particular individual but because you do not provide a name it comes across that you are shouting out to everybody - and maybe you are - with just a general statement telling everyone to sharpen up a bit.

However, if you are pointing your finger at a particular individual, best to name them - unless of course you are responding to a particular post by "reply" or "quote" in which case most people can follow the trail and figure out who you are talking to. Cheers.
