Personal grievance exemptionShould be an interesting month leading up to December 15, 2020 as it would appear Karnalyte already has a strong position to refuse the csg nominee requisitions.
"the Dissidents have issued a stream of news releases rife with, among other things, spurious allegations, theories, and personal attacks on the Interim CEO and the Directors. The Dissidents, as the Investigation Report findings indicate, lack credibility. Karnalyte will have more to say about this and the Dissidents' apparent personal grievances with the Company and others as the Special Meeting of Shareholders approaches."
The csg consists of 3 previous board members (the dissidents) who "resigned" after an internal investigation concluded that a breach in the corporations code of conduct and the directors fiduciary duties occured.
Add to that, 9 months later a previous CEO was abruptly terminated on September 11, 2019 and humiliated on his way out to the curb.
Cant get much more personal than that, and I think it would be reasonable to conclude there are still a lot of hard feelings from many of those drawn into this vortex of disfunction since 2017.
