I assume that we are here talking about "halo" as a different sequence of something already idenfied. That is, conglomerate gold which has its genesis in fossilized sediments.

Most here know what the halo is vp. You just have not been around long enough. Its the fines surrounding the nugget in situ. About 10% of the insitu nugget.
