Going back years ago when I briefly owned Veresen, I understood that Alliance was transporting NGLs (rich gas) to an extraction plant near Chicago operated by Aux Sable. The dry gas was then shipped to markets in Illinois, etc.
The recent spike in Midwest hub prices (Chicago City Gate, Alliance, Dawn) to under $3 from less than $2 is all that matters. I am more interested in oil recovery and spending more time on Covid news and the development of vaccines and treatments. Watching gas prices and winter weather is just an old routine.
