RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:EmailThe court should have ordered transparency on the calculation of the net disbursement fund. Epic acted as a court appointed trustee and as such had a moral responsibility to provide the beneficiaries (claimants) with an accounting gross to net. But without a court order to be transparent it was not in their interest.
With regards the payout I had two figures, total loss and calculated loss calculated according to the rules set out by the court. I would assume the payout was a prorata of the calculated loss and a constant %. Mine was 8% of the calculated loss.
