I with CIBC

I with CIBCi the brokage about 10 days ago and they said therte was nothing going one as to ant rights offerings. i look in my accund a coupler of days ago and i have more rights shares with no value attached to them. the first bounch i have a 40 cent US value attached to them.
Do i have to send more to get the a value attached to them i have no iformation from my broker
