Irwin Simon accepts 100 million dollar dilution of shares at 6 percent with the same excuse he always says. Future purchases and acquisitions which never come. He now has another 100 million lined up again. January 22 of this year while momentum was building for aphria investors, Irwin Simon took the opportunity to announce taking 100 million and diluting ranking out stock and leading us directly into a pandemic. What does Irwin Care, he pampered the aphria war chest with our money to pay his salary which he doubled last year.
