Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

You're getting diluted because US regulators don't allow Canadian Pub Co.'s to sell stock directly to US retail investors. Call your congress person and stop whinning and it has nothing to do with the 3 Directors, someone or some group has to be responsible for buying the rights not exercised, it's common practice in every rights issue.

Nothing in my Fidelity and TD accounts in the US. Nothing with Computershare as well. I am not optimistic about this and mad as hell.

And before anyone tells me my royalty shares were free, I will say that I paid for them by buying the common on the secondary market. Any buyout price of GBR is reduced by the NSR, so yes, I paid for those and now I'm getting diluted by three hucksters.
