You're right stockman.  Thank you for your time to explain the mechanics behind the financing.  Very helpful.

They got 5,757,894 + 557,894 = 6,315,788 shares for $30 M US thus they paid  $4.75 US per share if you assume the warrants have ZERO value which is not the case, so they actually paid well UNDER $4.75 per share depending on how much value you give to the warrants.
