RE:RE:Curious

RE:RE:CuriousThey are a joke...never seen a company run as un-friendly to shareholders as this. They are raising 7mil through this ATM offering because they couldn't find anyone who wanted to invest in them through normal means....they had to drive the stock to a stupidly low price...now 24mil mkt cap just to raise 7mil?.....what does that tell you about what investors think of them? If all the assets, companies, grows, partnerships with rappers had any value in the eyes of investors then the price would be much higher....it's worth what the market is willing to pay and at the moment the market says this is a bag of sh*t. Founders are wealthy....why not put some real money in themselves? Keep the value up? Defend the stock?....no instead they buy app companies for 6mil in shares, cause that's a good idea? This is pure incompetance and feels like there is an agenda for this eventually which we don't know about that will benefit a close few and not the average shareholder. I'd love for someone to come in and do a deep dive in to all these deals to see who is actually behind them and see if there aren't any backdoor relationships which they ultimately benefit from personally. There is so much insest in this industry and deals done just because someone already has an interest in a company so they can double dip....even if it makes no sense to shareholders....love to see a fund or someone actually really look in to all these deals....hoping they are all on the up and up.....but these days you ever know!
