Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. I believe there's an application for that, most likley at the transfer agent, you'll have to fill it out and supply a cheque that covers whatever you are applying for. Once they tally the demand and apportion it according to a pro-rata formula they will cash your cheque. As it's highly unlikely you'll get all the stock you want they'll send you back the unused portion of your cash and I guess you'll get a stock certificate too at some point.
Maybe you can actually apply for an overallotment through your broker / bank too, that might get even more complicated.
