RE:LMNL Financing

RE:LMNL FinancingSome have said here we burn $10M per month.  The money barely gets us to the PDUFA date and even if approved cash doesn't just mysteriously start flowing into the bank.  We will need more.

You didn't expect the SP to be so low when they refinanced!  If you knew the history of this company, it happens each and every time they refinance.  Really helps SALP's cause to have the price lower.

Has anyone recalculated how much of the company the top two now own?  No need to take private if they keep financing, retail will be so small.

Tar005 wrote: At least now we know that LMNL has the necessary financing to take the company until the FDA decision on the BLA (before March 2021).  I did think something like that (ie private placement or rights issue (I thought that would be less likely since TV would have provided 85% of the financing anyway and would have had to contend with the 15% retail investors) or loans from TV) would happen.  I didnt anticipate the share price to be as low when the financing happens but I would say it is a way for TV to participate in the current low share price AND the company getting the necessary financing to move forward.

Also, it now confirms that TV has no intention of bankrupting the company nor take it private as some here has been saying /raising.

You can also participate in the low share price by currently buying on the market at or (slightly) below the same price as TV is paying for the shares.  I am buying more again today although I do regret having started buying too early.  The total average cost per share paid for by TV  in their LMNL investments is still much higher than mine which means that when TV makes money on their investments , so will I.

Hopefully, now that the 'uncertainty' caused by the LMNL cash crunch has been addressed, the share price can start moving up.

'New' investors in LMNL are now likely to make profit on their newly acquired shares faster and more than the 'old' investors so definitely likely to see more of them now (especially when FDA decision on Ryplazim makes the news within the next 4 months).
