Well said. Agree renting equipment will come later down the line. For now we have option to purchase system outright or 5-year financing option, the latter agreed upon by the 15 Missouri hemp farmers. 

To those who question the "PR teams" decisions regarding news releases: (a) there is no PR team, and (b) as was mentioned in previous posts, management will not let this company be acquired for chump change. Keeping a low enough profile is important, as is the need to get the second tranche from Ospraie Ag Sciences. 

What I appreciate about this company business model is that the target customers are owners of greenhouses/ indoor farming operations, therefore there is no seasonal decline in sales. If this were outdoor crops it would be a completely different story. 

Once the second tranche is completed by Ospraie we should see the rose trial sponsored by Praxair sped up some re: worried about takeover bid too soon.
