RE:RE:Hi sah1I totally agree that in providing a loan or increasing the LOC even at 12-15% interest p.a would have been a better outcome/solution and fairer for us all, especially we know that TV can easily raise that money at very cheap interest rate and charge the higher interest rate to LMNL IF they wanted to.
The dilution is indeed 'massive' at 6 million plus shares is way more than currently owned by retail shareholders but they are not likely to affect the 'float' that is currently traded. They will have an impact once TV and Consonance starts trading their shares (which they have already filed and now allowed to do).
I dont expect them to do so until they can/will make money at it and I am hoping to sell before they do and cash in at more than 100% of my investments by that time.
p.s now that we have the news release, like you, it would not surprise me now if Consonance is behind the price decrease in order to acquire those 'cheap' shares before cashing in later. It certainly took planning and knowledge to step down LMNL shares with such low floar from USD 12 to USD 4.50 in 1 month and do so everyday.
