RE:REVERSE SPLIT - WHY STAY ON NYSE?

RE:REVERSE SPLIT - WHY STAY ON NYSE?TRUTH.. right you are. Expect at least a 25% drop after the consoladation. AQnd when they do start trading 5-6 dollars , watch NYSE have thewir fun with the 50-60 million shares post consoladation.

IMO that is why they went for 8:1 RS. I would not be surprised if they had approached Fortune 500 companies, including MOLSONS about buying into the company and were told "sorry too many shares 662M and you are about to be delisted". The costs to remsin on the NYSE are the highest which is why Aphria went to NASDQ - HEXO could have done the same.

Once the dust settles and the share prce drops after the RS which it will, e.g. MOLSON might then come in and buy 60M shares giving it a major stake in the company and ask for a seat at the BOD - something investment firms like TRIAN and others do.

But to make the magic happen, we need many fewer shares.

Fo your own DD.
