How many shares these people bought at market? I guess none. The company buys back stock and instead the float going down either it goes up or stays the same because the company has to honour the options when come due. I would like to see the insiders to put the money where their mouth is and buy market like the rest of us and not have a free ride at our expense. Look at the float the last four years they have been buying back it stays the same because what they buy back they give it to the insiders in the form of options. It is a scam posed as science, so to speak. Well, what do you know.
