RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:OupsSah1, I agree with you that the writing was estremely convoluted. It  was probably INTENDED to mislead the reader.

Further they say that part of the funds were to pay for the BLA, but this has long been completed and submitted. 

I also think this was very dirty pool. They clearly drove down the SP consistently everyday so they could issue themselves these sweetheart priced shares PLUS 5 year warrants. You can only do this if you have full control of the co, which they do. For anyone else this would be INSIDER TRADING, as they were driving down the price knowing they would issue themselves cheap shares from treasury. I suspect, that unfortunately, this maneuver was technically legal, even if ethically it stinks to high heaven. Much like their previous maneuver that stole the co from the long time investors for a mere pittance, who so naively trusted them.
